Shipping to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Orders received by 12:00 pm EST Mon - Fri will be processed that day. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Most orders ship within 1 - 2 buesiness days.

At Robert M. Sides our goal is to help you find the best solution to your musical needs. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the sale date. Please note the following requirements and exceptions to the 14-day period.
- Exceptions: media/software, mouth-blown products, repair parts, non-portable keyboard products and recording devices are non-returnable.
- Special orders of non-stocked merchandise and printed music are non-returnable.
