Kathryn Krebes
Kathryn aspires to create a healthy and encouraging environment for individuals who study singing. Her credentials include a Performance Certificate from Penn State University, M.M. in Voice/Opera Performance from Texas Tech University, and a B.M. in Voice Performance from the University of West Florida. Notable opera roles include Mrs. Grose in Britten’s The Turn of the Screw, Marcellina in Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro, the Monitress in Puccini’s Suor Angelica, and other shows. Past performances include the alto soloist in Handel’s Messiah and mezzo soloist in Mozart’s Requiem. Kathryn is a current resident of the State College area and looks forward to creating a positive space for those who want to learn more about singing.
